Watercress side salad with citrus dressing & almonds
Combine citrus juice and zest with mustards and mix thoroughly to emulsify. Slowly add in the oil until completely combined.
Place watercress and onion rings in a large bowl and add half the dressing. Toss well and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle over the almonds and serve.
Save the remaining dressing for your next salad!
