Salmon sashimi & watercress wasabi

  Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of sashimi grade salmon
  • 100g of watercress
  • 1 tsp of freshly grated horseradish root
  • Soy sauce for dipping
  • Japanese pickled ginger

Preparation

Cut salmon into thin slices (about the thickness of a £1)

Blitz watercress & horseradish to a paste or smash in a pestle & mortar

Serve salmon and the 3 accompaniments with chopsticks and dressed watercress
